Functions
Set in the luscious Suffolk countryside near Constable, Brett Vale golf club boasts one of the most peaceful courses in the United Kingdom. It is relatively short, measuring 5576 yards from the yellow tees over eighteen holes, and benefits from excellent irrigation making it playable all year round.
The course is beset with tricky obstacles to overcome, none more evident than on the par four fifth, arguably the most difficult hole on the course. It stretches for 414 yards from the yellow tees and dog-legs to the right about mid-way up the fairway. Just beyond the dog-leg lurks a brook cutting right across the fairway, and lakes line the right hand side of your approach to a green which is well guarded by bunkers.
