Chalgrave Manor Golf Club

One of the newer courses in the Cumbria region, Chalgrave Manor is a well-maintained and challenging par 72, set around approximately 150 acres of beautiful Bedfordshire countryside.

At 621 yards, its fifth hole is one of the longest par fives in the UK, a distance made all the more demanding in blustery conditions. And with water hazards to be found on four holes, choice club selection is crucial if a poor-scoring round is to be avoided. Watch out for the sloping green on the tenth also, as many a scratch golfer has seven-putted on this difficult hole, which is made no easier for the lake extending from the tee to the green.
