Churchill & Blakedown Golf Club

Churchill and Blakedown Golf Club is home to a beautiful little nine-hole course that is a real challenge, don’t be fooled by the 9 hole label. It has 10 greens and 18 tees.

To prove that, there a number of holes which present a very different and welcome challenge to the next, surely the sign of a good golf course.

The short fourth boasts trees on both sides of the fairway and requires a tight, accurate tee shot into a small green, guarded by deep bunkers on left. The seventh is a particularly menacing dog-leg par 5,where you can either try and cut the corner and go for birdie or play safe.
