Functions
Crookhill Park is widely regarded by the local golfing public and a number of regular visitors - of which there are many - as one of the best municipal courses in Yorkshire.
The 11th hole is something special and is often a favourite with visitors. The course opens up with a challenging but rewarding par five which is refreshingly reachable in two for the average club golfer. The start, however, will lull you into a false sense of security, as there are a number of tough holes on the horizon where accuracy and precision prevails over brute strength.
This is a mature course with great views of the local countryside and, being a municipal, is open most days of the year on a pay-and-play basis. Well known for its greens.
