Fleetwood Golf Club

Designed by James Steer, Fleetwood is a typical links course and the only true links course on the Fylde coast, playing the back nine inside the front nine and situated next to the sea.

The course opened in 1932 and is a definite must for keen golfers and for those willing to sample something other than an ordinary run-of-the-mill inland course. Fleetwood offers a challenge with prevailing winds being a major factor on how the course plays from day to day.

It is a dry, long course with large greens and bunkers seemingly everywhere. Open all year round, Fleetwood offers the best to all visiting players with a friendly and hospitable atmosphere that is second to none.
