Marsden Park Golf Club

The beautiful semi-parkland course at Marsden Park Golf Club has the distinction of having been designed by CK Cotton & partners, perhaps the most influential golf course architects of the mid-twentieth century. It offers fantastic panoramic views of the extensive surrounding countryside of Lancashire and laid out deep in the foothills of Pendle Marsden Park. It first opened in 1968 and was then redeveloped in 1976. Nowadays, it is a great test of ability for all levels of golfer, offering eighteen unique holes, spanning 5813 yards from the tee on the first hole to the pin on the last, for which it gives a par of 70. A word of advice - choose your club very carefully on the par-3s!
