Functions
Mitcham golf course was laid out by the man considered to be one of the greatest golfers and golf architects of all time, Old Tom Morris. The Mitcham course is a beautiful wooded heathland course with naturally contoured greens which require good approach shots. Those with a good short game and a touch of Seve Ballesteros magic will fare best round here.
Even from the tee you will need to be fairly accurate and it certainly wouldn't be a bad idea to leave the driver in the bag on occasions. Designed with shot-making strategy in mind, the course demands accurate approach shots and consistent putting. With natural hazards and challenging greens the course invites competition for all skill levels. The club also has an online proshop and booking system.
