Portsmouth Golf Club

Portsmouth Golf Club is a private members club formed in 1926 and since 1972 has played over the Downland course off Crookhorn Lane overlooking Portsmouth, the Solent and Isle of Wight. Some of the best views in Hampshire golf can be seen from the second and twelfth holes.

The Course and Clubhouse is run and operated by Glendale Golf, Green Fees and Clubhouse bookings must be made through them.
Portsmouth Golf Club sits separately within the organisation to offer golfers all the benefits you would expect from a 'Private Members' club.

By joining Portsmouth Golf Club you can gain a CONGU Handicap, play in Competitions, have reserved Tee Times and enter over 80 trophy, team and fun events.

Join in the Summer Knock-outs, the weekly Trophy Events that are played throughout the summer. Then there is the Winter League, Turkey Trots and why not join the Club team events against other clubs.

Members on the move can view their playing record or look up results from a competition on our website or on the mobile App, also view Knock-Out results, notices, Handicap Certificate and much more.
