Reading Golf Club

Just two miles north of Reading town centre is Reading Golf Club, and it has stood there since 1910. It has the distinction of having been designed by legendary golf course architect James Braid, whose Midas touch, fantastic imagination and unquenchable enthusiasm for golf has brought us some of best and most memorable golf courses in the world.

Visitors are welcome there from Mondays to Thursdays and will be asked to part with £30 for their troubles. Enjoy testing your accuracy here at Reading as the fairways are undulating and will cause one or two scratched heads as you decide how best to take them on. Eighteen holes measuring 6,212 yards, it is a true delight to behold.
