Ripon City Golf Club

Located in North Yorkshire, Ripon Golf Club has a challenging course that will cause a few scratched heads amongst more experienced golfers without proving to be too intimidating for those relatively newer to the game. It will celebrate its centenary year in 2008, and remains as popular today as it did almost one hundred years ago when it first opened its doors to golfers.

It is laid out upon undulating parkland and is quite hard walking so you will need good stamina. Fortunately, it is not too long though, measuring 6120 yards over eighteen holes for which it offers a generous par of 70. At £20 per round during the week, it is good value for money also.
