Rothley Park Golf Club

Rothley Park Golf Club's excellent course was designed by leading golf course architect Martin Hawtree, a designer whose work shaped and influenced course design throughout the twentieth century. This particular course opened just two years prior to the breakout of the first world war in 1912 and has weathered the test of time to become one of the finest courses in the region.

Located just off the A6 near Leicester, it is laid out on some lovely springy undulating parkland turf and is a challenge no matter how good a player you may think you are. Indeed, even the mightier players have crumbled in the wake of the hazards you have to take on over these eighteen holes.
