Wilmslow Golf Club

The course at Wilmslow Golf Club is one of the oldest in Cheshire having been founded in 1889. Since then, it has undergone significant redevelopment work to bring it up to USGA Championship standards, and, consequently, it could be argued it is one of the finest courses in the area. It is exceptionally well looked after by its dedicated team of greenskeepers and the greens play fast and true. What's more, they are very well protected, so accuracy is essential to carding a good round here.

The course benefits further from its excellent natural irrigation system as it was built on clay - although you would never guess - allowing for play all year round.
